An open weekend and a nine month layoff was too much temptation to resist a chance to run the challenging Firebird West Track with ASA affiliate Pro Autosports.  The Saturday phone voice mail could have been an April fool joke, but it wasn't and Scottracing cracked open the trailer, prepped the VanDiemen and prepared to knock some rust off the team. more.....

Going Pro Crew in 2006 (1/3/2006)

Carl Scott has signed with veteran FRANAM team              for the 2006 season.  As trackside crew, Carl will be helping the team to improve on their already stellar records by providing trackside maintenance, tuning and driver coaching. more....

Best of breed -  Pacific Pro F2000 at Sears Point (July 2005)

Carl Scott wins first in Pinto and follows it up with a thrilling run from the rear passing 9 positions in the Sunday race.  After last years Sears Point race, it was nice to get back at the track while enjoying the aura of the ALMS crowds

Dueling with the Champion - PIR Pacific Pro F2000 (April 2005)

Carl Scott put on a classic run from the rear to finish 6th just ahead of last years champion Mike Forrest's Zetec.  Moving up 14 places from 20th starting position, Carl found himself with a mirror full of Zetec as he and Mike dueled through the final 6 turns.  With a final spurt from the Pinto, Carl finished 60 milliseconds ahead or about 2 feet to put a cap on a fun weekend.

Scramble in Wine Country- Pacific FF2000 Pro Series Final round (10/27/2004)

After a long summer battle with the engine, the car was flawless and Carl spent the weekend battling the track and weather as Infinenon Raceway in Sonoma California hosted the Final round of the Pacific FF2000 Pro 23 and 24 October 2004.  His efforts resulted in 7th and 9th place finishes....
